Each camp day starts with devotions and consists of safe, age-appropriate, small-group equine instruction.
All campers receive a 50-minute small-group riding lesson taught by one of our expert instructors.
After riding, campers learn hands-on horse care and safety at the barn. We practice grooming, tacking, feeding, and equipment care.
Stable games, barn crafts, equine education, and a snack
Service projects and scavenger hunts!
We offer a variety of clinics that focus on a particular horsemanship skill, discipline, or type of rider. Most clinics are one day, and last for about 3-4 hours.
A special time when parents can come alongside their young riders at the barn. The riders can show off what they’ve been learning, the parents can pick up some new skills, and each can share the joy of horses with the other.
A relaxed opportunity for parents to get to know each other and explore the world of riding that their kids have been raving about.
The “Horse 101” class helps students become comfortable and capable around these amazing animals. We cover all the elements of horse safety and demonstrate all the steps of horse care, like grooming and tacking. We hold these clinics regularly, especially when we have an influx of new riders.
A way for more experienced riders to build jumping skills and technique, build their control and confidence, and prepare to show their horses. Exercises might include gymnastics, gridwork, bending lines, combinations, and related distances.
